Algorithmic Trading Risk Disclosure

You must read and explicitly acknowledge this disclosure before entering any broker API credentials.

1. Extreme risk of loss. Leveraged and derivative products can lose more than your initial deposit. This includes futures, perpetual swaps, options, FX and CFDs. Many retail accounts lose money trading these products.

2. Automation amplifies errors. A defective strategy, a mis-typed alert, a wrong symbol or quantity, or a looping script can place many unintended orders within seconds. AegisRouter forwards whatever your Signals instruct, within its protective limits.

3. Latency and delivery are not guaranteed. Webhooks can be delayed, duplicated or lost by TradingView, the internet or your broker. The Service drops Signals older than the configured freshness window (default 3 seconds). That means a trade your strategy expected may not be placed.

4. Broker behavior is outside our control. Brokers may reject, partially fill, slip, re-quote or delay orders. They may change their APIs, suffer outages or restrict API trading on your account at any time.

5. Sandbox results are not predictive. Paper, demo and testnet environments differ from live markets in liquidity, fills and availability.

6. No advice. AegisRouter provides no investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not assess whether any trade is suitable for you.

7. Release. By acknowledging this disclosure, you accept sole responsibility for every order routed through the Service. You release AegisRouter from all financial consequences, as set out in the Terms of Service, including the liability cap in Section 6.
